| Description: | Bubba Kaiser and Joe Palermo innovated the outdoor industry when they created the world's first dual motor, all electric 4 wheel drive vehicle which blew away ATV competitors. The Bad Boy Buggy was born from necessity and created in the true spirit of southern engineering. It all began several years ago when Kaiser began tinkering with jacked up two wheel drive golf carts to get around during his hunts without spooking the game. The original "Bad Boy" was made from rebuilt E-Z Go golf carts, modified suspension and of course more power. As demand increased and orders began to pour in, they found themselves contacting suppliers to boost their inventory. Eventually, they designed their own chassis and began to build the vehicles from the ground up. With demands increasing, the need for a powerful marketing campaign and structure fell upon the shoulders of Jim and Selah Willard in 2003. They opened up shop in a plant on the local Natchez port and took sales and production to an all time high in 2006. That same year, Bubba sold his shares and the next generation of investors was born. These investors included Jim and Selah Willard, Tom Mansell, Ken Beesley, Pat Burns and Johnny Dale. In 2008, Jody Foster joined the team to create plans for more growth and infrastructure for the next 5 year business plan. In 2009, minority owners stepped aside to bring financial security to Bad Boy. Pat Burns and Johnny Dale assumed total control of the company’s future. The first important move by the Burns/Dale team was to hire John Skrabo, a top executive at Realtree Outdoors to assume the role of CEO/President. This bold move will prove to be a defining moment in Bad Boy’s history. An independent think tank of engineers are in place, redesigning and testing the Bad Boy of the future.
