Columbia ParCar Corp. (Columbia) has a rich heritage in
producing electric and gas powered vehicles that dates back
to 1946, making Columbia the most experienced manufacturer
in its field. Columbia owns and
operates the small vehicle manufacturing activities formerly
operated by such well known companies as Harley Davidson®,
and Westinghouse Electric Corporation®.
In 1999, Columbia completed its
acquisition activities which provided a strong foundation
upon which the company built the broadest product line of
golf, industrial, and commercial vehicles in the industry.
In 2000, Columbia expanded
its line to add Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEV’s) which
today includes the MEGA, Columbia’s newest entrant into the
Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) market. |
